| Description: |
San Francisco "F-Line" PCC car 1056 wears Kansas City streetcar colors. Built in 1948 by the St. Louis Car Company for the Philadelphia Transportation Company as car No. 2113, where she served from 1948 to 1988. This car was purchaed by San Francisco's Muni in 1992. After spending nearly six years out of service following a bad accident in 2001, car No. 1056 hit the streets again in April 2007, fully restored by Muni craftsworkers. |
